Is the meet and greet free?
Always! The initial consultation (meet and greet) is FREE, we’ll use this time to obtain as much information about your pet as possible: sociability to other dogs and humans, food allergies, food likes or dislikes, medical history, scheduling as well as the logistics of entering your home.
What kind of animals do you care for?
We care for most animals, dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, as long as they don’t pose a danger to our pet sitters. We do not care for any animals that have a history of biting, fighting or attacking other animals or people
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. We are fully insured and bonded through “Pet Care Insurance”
All sitters are screened prior to employment.
How do overnights work?
We offer two kind of overnight services, 12 hours care, where we arrive to your place around 7-8:00pm (hours are flexible) sleepover and leave in the morning. We also have 12 hours care+ midday visit where we come back at midday to check on your pet. This service is ideal if your pets are used to be in their environment and sleeping in your bed with you, we are happy to have them sleep in the bed with us too!
Are your services trackable?
We count with a modern pet sitting software trusted by thousands of companies in the US which allows our clients to see our check in and check out time, also, all our services are GPS tracked through google maps
Do you clean pet's accidents?
Yes, we will clean up after your pets to the best of our ability. We will do a walk through to check for accidents.
What is included in a drop-in visit?
Our drop- in visits include: Feeding per your instructions, fresh water, dogs walked, love and play time, brushing, small pet cage cleaned, medication given if needed, mail and newspaper brought in, plants watered, lights on and off.
